This is a NOT a role that requires cold calling, however this is a fast-paced, ever changing environment with a diverse team of 70 other advisors. You will own a customer base which will be within the Israel, which is why the Hebrew language is desirable but not essential!
Don’t worry; you don’t need to know anything about electronics! Your sales, customer service experience and relationship building skills as well as the ability to cross sell and upsell and a passion for learning new systems is key.
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Excellent communicator, with a winning attitude
• Collaborator – can deal with people at all levels within the organisation internally and externally
• Previous experience in a telemarketing or internal sales environment
• Customer focused
• Computer Savvy – good working knowledge of Microsoft packages and understanding of the Web
• You need to be fluent in English
Desirable – Nice to have but not Essential
• Experience of using bespoke in-house systems and the passion for learning new things is vital!
• Hebrew language is desirable but not essential
