• Business management
o Define & recommend the appropriate strategy to achieve growth and productivity.
o Execute on targets in cooperation with HP to ensure solid Sales achievement.
o Analyze sales statistics to identify bottlenecks and determine business growth potential.
• Customer interaction:
o Build strong working relationships with HP EMEA stakeholders and country management.
o Provide performance statistics and reporting to HP as required.
o Review and ensure the maintenance of optimum resource levels necessary for the delivery of the agreed service, including staff, spares, equipment and tools.
o Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly business review with HP senior management
• People management:
o Manage all disciplinary issues effectively.
o Motivate sales force to excel and overachieve total targets set for hub.
o Closely collaborate with:
▪ Supervisors to ensure team targets are reached.
▪ Coaches to design and implement quarterly training plans to improve employees’ skills.
o Hold regular team meetings and ensure regular communication.
o Have understanding of agents’ daily activities.
o Ensure that performance issues are addressed to the right channels.
o Communicate with on-site staff via meetings and ad-hoc briefings.
• Skills and previous experience:
o Strong sales experience with proven track records.
o People management skills – interpersonal skills, appraisal skills, interviewing skills.
o Excellent communication skills at all levels.
o Excellent decision making/problem solving skills.
o Influencing and negotiation skills.
o Fluency in English language
o Educated at Bachelor degree level or above.
o Willing to work in a competitive environment and to go the extra mile to achieve targets
o Ability to implement and manage change.
o Ability to be self-employed, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Considered a plus:
o Additional CEE language skills (i.e. Czech, Polish or Russian)
o Previous experience in an international environment.
o Business acumen and understanding of commercial business.
o Management experience within outsourced service delivery environment.
