Duties:

  • Support customers’ requests by phone, mail and social media
  • Suggesting optimal solutions in accordance with internal procedures
  • Working with special applications and CRM Tools
  • Communication with customers, with very good empathy skill and high native vocabulary
  • Communicative level of English both oral and written form

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Native CZECH with the B2(+) level of English.
  • Previous experience of working in a consumer-driven environment with an understanding of the consumer market.
  • Professionalism and positive attitude
  • Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent communication and rapport building skills are paramount, as well as attention to detail and the ability to identify a problem and provide a solution.
  • Team player with the ability to also work independently
